Where are the flowers sourced from?

We locally source and deliver all flower bouquets to ensure quality and freshness. No one wants a sad, wilted bouquet.

When will the flowers be delivered?

We generally plan for the deliveries to arrive within the first 15 days of the month.

Is the delivery always on the same day every month?

No, we change the delivery date every month so that it is truly a surprise and feels special!

Why did you start this business?

I wanted flowers every month from my husband, but because he is so busy he often forgot. I hope this service can make you be a better lover!

Do you give back to the community?

As part of the membership program we gift a bouquet to a local hospital, orphanage, or elder care home. Florists often have leftover flowers they can sell for a large discount for donation purposes.

What is the Buy 1, Get 1 Program?

This is a new donation program that you can sign up for separately to donate flowers directly to the community in Southern California.

Can I get a refund?

We order flowers 24 hours after payment is charged. You can cancel within 24 hours of the payment being charged. We cannot accept cancellations after this time as the bouquet will have been made and the flowers would be wasted.

How do I cancel my membership?

You can cancel future payment from the stripe portal here: Member Portal

What if I lost my Order Id?

No worries, In the case that you have multiple memberships setup, we can lookup your membership by the delivery address as well.
